| Project Info During the recent Bank of New York and WaMu acquisitions by JP Morgan, Merritt Engineering Consultants conducted Property Condition Assessments at over 600 Chase facilities throughout the tri-state area. Our team of engineers and architects performed full façade and roof inspections, prepared exterior building inspection reports, and designed specification and drawings for various façade, parking lot, roof and window restoration projects at these facilities. |
