Additional Info
The existing gravel surfaced Built-Up Roof system down to the concrete deck was removed prior to installing a new granular surfaced SBS Modified Bitumen Roof system, thru-wall flashing, drains and bulkhead gutters and leaders. The original deteriorated bulkhead windows were replaced with new energy efficient thermal insulated units. Spot brick replacement and mortar repointing was performed at the bulkheads.

On-going work will not only serve to prevent water infiltration and increase energy efficiency, but it will also stand to further improve upon the aesthetic upgrades recently completed by PPC throughout the property.
