Merritt Engineering Consultants, P.C. assisted Toys R Us at various locations with the preparation of plans, based on North American Roofing Services’ design, for submission to the New York City Department of Buildings. All appropriate applications and drawings were filed with the Building Department, required controlled inspections were conducted, and the project signed off upon completion.
