Merritt Engineering has performed multiple restorations at Amversev including sidewalk replacement, expansion replacement, resurfacing of parking lots and roadways, planter waterproofing and leak repairs. In 2012 the sidewalk, curb, apron and parking lot restoration work were also completed.
Their 2-level parking garage was also restored in 2010. The work consisted of full depth concrete replacement, patching, painting of all interior walls, and the application of a new traffic deck coating system.
