Phase I & II Enviromental Assessments

Environmental Site Assessments, Phase I, Phase II
Most lending institutions today require a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) for commercial, industrial and multi-family properties before providing financing. MEC’S environmental specialists have conducted thousands of assessments for commercial and savings banks, insurance companies, Wall Street investment firms and private investors.

Upon completing a Phase I ESA, Merritt Engineering Consultants can coordinate and assist the client in addressing issues such as underground storage testing (UST) testing, removing/abandonment, as well as soil and groundwater evaluation. Utilizing reputable firms, MEC can act as the client’s liaison until the environmental issues have been addressed.
