Over the course of three (3) years, Merritt Engineering provided various engineering services to eliminate ongoing water infiltration problems that were occurring at five (5) individual schools.
Services included investigation and water testing of the problematic areas to determine causes of the water infiltration issues as well as preparation of the necessary design documents for the repairs required.
Design repairs consisted of full roof replacement, façade restoration, window treatments and infra-red scans of various roof levels.
Work was performed and completed during the summer seasons to avoid impact on the daily school schedules.
