Over the past 15 years Merritt Engineering has provided various services including Local Law 11/98 façade inspections of eight buildings and provided both specifications and construction monitoring for masonry restoration at seven prewar and postwar buildings. The scope of work was established based on the findings from the Local law 11-98 inspections.
Merritt also specified and monitored ceiling repairs due to a stem leak.
